artEdify℠ provides comic book-based media arts programs to engage students of all ages in the language arts, and in their community. The Poetry Room, The Flip Book Club, Calligraphy Art, Comic Book Workshop, along with its subprograms: the Comic Strip Print Shop, the Motion Comics Filmstrip, and The Web Comics Lab that enhance visual storytelling and communication skills through the use of traditional and up-to-date art tools.

Students are introduced to creative approaches to develop a series of visual stories. Students are guided to think and write with sparked imagination. Our art workshops, clubs, and studios are designed to change the way students view writing: a chore.

  1. Sounds like a really innovative way to assist young people in developing their writing skills; skills that will help lead them to their empowered academic futures! Many adults are awestruck at the development that some comic book manufacturers have made since we were ‘comic book age’ (Marvel Studios, DC Comics, etc.). Many of the comic book stories have become top grossing movies, viewed globally! I look forward to our children having the chance to interact with your artistic edification curriculum!
