Private Digital and Traditional Art Lessons!

Does your child or teen wish to learn or to improve his/her rendering?

If so. . .

artEdify offers affordable digital and traditional private art lessons to your home–in the Antelope Valley area!

Speed Drawing Lesson
Taught by a recent court room artist, the artist’s lesson gives away techniques that will enhance drawing and sketching skills. The lesson teaches the student to not only draw, but to draw with remarkable speed, just like a court room artist. The student will be exposed to an array of styles to improve the students’ quality of rendering.

Digital Drawing
Taught by a professional who attended one of the top three art schools in the nation, the digital artist will instruct in Adobe Illustrator software. An iMac computer will be provided, and the student will learn about shortcuts in order to improve the productivity of their creativity.

Aside

Language arts can always be improved. With carefully thought-out approaches, students can learn faster. When the right tools are given, students will be motivated to tap into their cognitive processes, and display critical thinking skills that are important to adapt into our complicated world where newer solutions are constantly sought.

Summer 2013: Apple Valley, Ca

Students from the town of Apple Valley gather in a media arts private program instructed by Marizol Marti. Apple Valley youth created informational video projects that promoted town hall activities. The students used information from interviews, photographs, and other accessible information, like flyers, to create a news broadcast video project.

African Americans in Comic Books

artEdify recognizes the small percentage of African American superheroes in the history of comic books. That’s why our comic book-based programs are happy to have serviced predominantly African American youth, and encouraged those youth to create a hero out of themselves.
